Her professional practice focuses on advising on potential cartels, abuse of dominant position, concentration operations, contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia, investigations for anticompetitive conduct before the Fiscalía Nacional Económica and in the planning and implementation of compliance programs in competition matters.
