Member of the Competition team. She has experience in high-complexity counsels pertaining to potential cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, procedures before the Chilean Competition Court, investigations for anticompetitive behaviors before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office and in the planning and implementation of competition law compliance programs. Catalina has experience in counsels related to the retail, telecommunications and technology markets.
