Member of the Corporate/M&A team, as well as the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets team. His professional practice is focused on structuring investments and business development; for which he has experience in corporate and contract law, mergers and acquisitions and financing, allowing him to comprehend his clients’ concerns and spot potential risks before they become problems. In recent years, he has advised on corporate finance operations to place and raise capital in the form of debt and/or equity for different industries. Likewise, he has a special interest and experience in accompanying his clients for the maintenance and value creation of their businesses, projects and/or ventures, such as start-ups, providing comprehensive advice to deal with the different stakeholders.
