Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has counselled Coöperatieve Rabobank and Banco BCI Peru, in the syndicated financing granted to Gandules for US$ 30’000,000.00.
The loan has been granted to repay existing debt and working capital.
This transaction, signed and closed in May, is secured by a trust agreement over the company’s assets (mainly real estate).
Jose Solano acted as in-house counsel to Coöperatieve Rabobank.
Estudio Echecopar advised Gandules through its team comprising partner Juan Carlos de los Heros and senior associate Fernando Sam.
