Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has supported Tecnoglass in an underwritten public offering by Energy Holding Corporation (selling shareholder) of a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of Tecnoglass at the public offering price of US$ 43.00 USD per share.
This transaction, closed on 18 May, had an approximate value of US$ 86,000,000 and involved the jurisdictions of Colombia and the USA. Graubard Millers acted as US counsel to Tecnoglass.
Tecnoglass is a leading manufacturer of architectural glass, windows and associated aluminium products serving the multifamily, single-family and commercial markets. The company is one of the largest glass manufacturers in the US and the leading architectural glass processor in Latin America.
