Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has represented Kaufmann Ventures in its first investment in MobiltyFund II GmbH & Co. KG.
This transaction was closed on 19 July and included the jurisdictions of Chile and Germany.
Thanks to this transaction, Kaufmann Group will be able to expand its investments internationally, as this marks its first investment in a European fund, expanding its participation in venture capital funds in different jurisdictions. It also boosts Kaufmann Ventures’ entry into the world of mobility and sustainable transport companies.
Kaufmann Ventures is the business incubator of Chilean car distributor Kaufmann.
