His professional practice focuses on matters of individual and collective labour law, in particular, the resolution of complex labour disputes, including litigation for alleged violations of fundamental rights, occupational accidents, occupational diseases, anti-union practices and settlements in out-of-court disputes. He also participates in collective bargaining processes and in the preparation of collective instruments.<\/p>\n
Currently, he works as an international associate in the Labor Law area of the Ur\u00eda Men\u00e9ndez law firm in Madrid, Spain, after completing his LL.M (mention Law and Technology) at King\u2019s College London.<\/p>\n
