He has recently advised local and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate matters in both Colombia and the United States, including, among many others, Entoria Capital, Mercantil Colpatria, SCLEA, Acción, Platinum Equity Partners, Tecnoglass, Grupo Energía de Bogotá and General Atlantic, among others. Most recently, he represented Bancolombia in the development of its alternative investment platform together with Patria. Mr. Padilla has also participated in capital raising operations for start-ups, representing Softbank, GIC, Celeritas, Grupo Team among others.
