A consortium of Spanish construction and engineering companies has called on Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Peru) to place a winning bid for a concession to build, operate and maintain the Anillo Vial Periférico a ring road in Lima, the country’s largest public-private partnership (PPP) in the past decade.

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Chile) advised AD Retail and its subsidiary ABCDin in the deal, which closed on 11 January.

Malaysian energy project developer Yinson has called on Cuatrecasas (Peru) to acquire a solar project in the south of the Andean country from Spain’s Grenergy for US$90 million. The seller relied on Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Peru) for the deal, which closed on 24 January.
