Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has counselled the lenders locally on the financing for the development, construction, equipping, exploitation and operation of the expansion mining project called “Minera Centinela Project Expansion”, located in the Antofagasta Region, Chile.

A consortium of Spanish construction and engineering companies has called on Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Peru) to place a winning bid for a concession to build, operate and maintain the Anillo Vial Periférico a ring road in Lima, the country’s largest public-private partnership (PPP) in the past decade.

Fresenius relied on several Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP offices, Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Colombia) and Pérez Bustamante & Ponce (PBP) in Quito for the deal.
