Erich Kästner

Member of the Mining, Energy and Natural Resources team. His professional practice focuses on matters related to the diagnosis and legal physical sanitation of real estate, as well as those related to the regularization and registration of corporate forms. In addition, he has extensive experience derived from more than fifteen years of practicing the profession.

He has served as main consultant in the adjudication area of ​​the Organization for the Formalization of Informal Property (COFOPRI) regarding the privatization processes of commercial areas at the national level. Likewise, he has participated as main consultant in the World Bank project on the sanitation and regularization of informal property at the national level.
