Marco Herrera

Member of the Mining, Energy and Natural Resources team. His professional practice focuses on the acquisition and sanitation of land for the development of private and public investment projects. He has participated in the preparation of Legal Technical Diagnoses, title studies and legal physical sanitation procedures for the execution of mining, hydrocarbon, electrical and retail sector projects.

In addition, he has advised on expropriation and direct dealing procedures for the development of infrastructure megaprojects and in municipal procedures for urban development, acceptance of works, building licenses, construction compliance, among other authorizations for the implementation of commercial projects.
