Luis Felipe Pacheco

Member of the Natural Resources and Land Sanitation team. His professional practice focuses on real estate law, direct dealing/expropriation processes, urban planning law and the preparation of technical-legal diagnoses for the development and implementation of mega projects. Additionally, he provides advice on the preparation of real estate purchase and sale contracts, independence, direct dealing and expropriation procedures, imposition of sectoral easements, preparation of property ownership diagnostic reports in urban or rural areas, title studies, as well as the physical and legal sanitation of properties.

He has experience in negotiating with peasant communities and third parties regarding the disposition or allocation of their lands for the implementation of major investment projects at a national level.
