Comprehensive due diligence for projects
We conduct a comprehensive analysis of all relevant aspects of a project. That includes the corporate, contractual, environmental, labour, regulatory, permitting, and tax aspects, among others. We, additionally, prepare the risk matrices associated with the project.
Structuring of private tenders
We advise on the organisation and structuring of private tenders conducted by non-governmental entities, adapting to various award models.
Preparation of bids for public tenders

Public-Private Partnership (PPP)

Fiscal structuring of the project, title studies and land acquisition, management of free trade zones and customs procedures for equipment imports, obtaining governmental permits (including environmental permits) necessary for the construction and operation of the project, regulatory advice in specific sectors such as oil & gas, energy, water and transport, among others, and representation in litigation related to the project.
