Partner of the Projects, Engineering and Construction team. His professional practice focuses on Engineering, Construction and Strategic Project Contracting. He has extensive experience in infrastructure and natural resources projects, in the negotiation of various contracts such as EPCs, EPCMs, BOTs, BOOTs, BOPs, O&Ms, and FIDICs, including the various underlying subcontracts, such as Purchase and Sale Contracts for Major Equipment (wind turbines, BESS, modules, transformers, etc.,) Critical Input Purchase Agreements, such as Power Purchase Agreements, Water Supply Agreements, Gas Supply Agreements, and the transportation and/or tolling contracts required for the delivery of such products. In 2023, The Legal 500 cited him as “Rising Star Associate of the Year” in Projects and Infrastructure in Chile, while, in 2024, Leading Lawyers recognised him as the most promising lawyer under 45 in Project Development.
