Cristóbal Uriarte

Member of the Real Estate and Corporate/M&A Group. His professional practice focuses on real estate, commercial and corporate advisory services to major local companies, where he cooperates in the development of real estate projects. In addition, he advises foreign funds and companies investing in our country. He has experience in M&A transactions and in operations led by other areas of the firm, where he has collaborated on real estate matters. Between 2018 and 2019, he worked in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez law firm as an international associate, where he participated in significant transactions in Spain and other European countries. Cristóbal has been included in recent years in the “Rising Star” category of the Legal 500 ranking, as a standout in the real estate area.
