In these areas he has represented national and foreign companies in litigation related to the mining, construction and banking industries, among others. In the year 2021 he completed an LLM at Columbia University, where he was a Lawrence A. Wien Corporate Responsibility fellow and recipient of the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar Award for academic excellence.
