His professional practice focuses on matters related to the diagnosis and legal physical reorganization of real estate, as well as those related to the regularization and registration of corporate forms. In addition, he has extensive experience derived from more than fifteen years of professional practice. He has worked as main consultant in the area of adjudications of the Organism for the Formalization of Informal Property (COFOPRI) regarding the privatization processes of commercial areas at a national level. Likewise, he has been the main consultant for the World Bank’s project on sanitation and regularization of informal property at the national level.
