Partner Marcela Silva co-heads the banking and finance department in Chile. She is adept at representing lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in the financing of mining, infrastructure and energy projects. Her professional practice focuses in advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors in the financing of mining, energy and infrastructure projects. She also has substantial experience in corporate financing and advising underwriters and issuers in 144A/Reg S bond and shares issuances made by Chilean companies abroad.
