His professional practice focuses on real estate law, direct dealing / expropriation processes, urban planning law and preparation of technical-legal diagnoses for the development and implementation of mega projects. Additionally, he provides advice in the elaboration of contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate, independence, direct dealing and expropriation procedures, imposition of sectorial easements, elaboration of diagnostic reports on property ownership in urban or rural areas, title studies, as well as the legal physical reorganization of properties.

He has experience in negotiating with rural communities and third parties regarding the disposition or affectation of their lands for the implementation of major investment projects nationwide.
