PPU partner with specialization in Constitutional Law and Civil Law. Currently, he exercises the defense before the Constitutional Court and the Jurisdictional Courts of the Judicial Power. He is a Qualified Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima and member of the Registry of Arbitrators of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru – AMCHAM and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Dr. Ferrero has been a member of several Arbitral Tribunals and has advised the Supreme Court of Justice and the government on issues of the Reform of the Judiciary. As Dean of the Bar Association of Lima, in 1987, he strongly opposed the nationalization of the Bank, intended by the Government of that time, making it not to prosper.
