Juan Sebastián is an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (“CCB”). His professional practice focuses on representing clients in national arbitration, international arbitration, and litigation before national courts. He has participated in international commercial arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), the CCB, the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”), and in investment arbitrations under the ICSID and UNCITRAL rules. He has extensive experience in national arbitrations administered under the CCB rules. He is recognized by Who’s Who Legal and Global Arbitration Review as a Future Leader in Arbitration in Colombia and by Legal 500 as a Rising Star in Litigation and Arbitration.
