His professional practice focuses on litigation practice and evidentiary collection in matters related to Intellectual Property, as well as in matters of Unfair Competition and Consumer Law. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in these fields, advising national and foreign clients and, likewise, acting as their attorney before different national and international judicial, arbitration and administrative authorities. Since two (2) years ago he assumed the autonomous construction of the Anti-Piracy and Counterfeiting practice, representing national and foreign clients in these fields.
He served as Foreign Lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez between 2019 and 2020 in the coordination group of Industrial Property and Unfair Competition. Author of several articles in indexed and specialized publications; he has been recognized and highlighted in international guides such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Benchmark Litigation, Leaders League and Best Lawyers.
