He has broad experience in dispute resolution related to construction contracts and public services, complex distribution transactions and corporate matters, and he is an arbitrator before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, Chamber of Commerce of Medellín, Superintendence of Companies and the arbitration court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.
Felipe has been teacher of Contracts and Corporate Law. He is the former Director of the Commercial Law Specialization program at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is currently one of the designated teachers of the Trade Contract courses for undergraduate students at the same institution. He is a professor in contract law at the Universidad Javeriana, and a frequent lecturer in his areas of expertise in different forums. Former director of commercial law studies at the Universidad Javeriana, and ex-president of the Legal Services Chamber at the Colombian Association of Entrepreneurs (ANDI).
