Franco Valenzuela

Member of the Water Resources team. His professional practice focuses on advising national and international companies that require the development, construction and/or operation of projects that have issues related to the use and exercise of water. In this regard, he has experience in processing and obtaining sectoral permits and authorizations. He has also supported the development of programs and the design of preventive models of infringement and regulatory legal risk management for important wine, hydroelectric, mining, aquaculture and agro-industrial clients. Likewise, he has been part of the analysis, study and Due Diligence of water assets both for financing and for the purchase or sale of the same.

Finally, Franco has also been part of the design of strategies and the preparation of defenses in sanctioning processes followed before the DGA and other Services of the State Administration.
