Member of Fishing and Aquaculture team. Her professional practice focuses on corporate, commercial, banking, and contractual matters, particularly those concerned with the daily aspects of fishing and aquaculture corporations, as well as those which carry on other activities. She also has great expertise in environmental project financing. She has advised both domestic and foreign clients in contractual, corporate, and restructuring mattes, as well as in issues to secure funding through simple and syndicated loans, project finance, and the issuance of banking bonds. She has also conducted due diligence reports, legal reports, and legal opinions, among others.
