Partner at PPU expert in Constitucional and Civil Law. His professional practice includes defense before the Constitutional Court and the Jurisdictional Courts of the Judiciary. He is a Qualified Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Registry of Arbitrators of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru – AMCHAM and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Mr. Ferrero has been a member of several Arbitral Tribunals and has advised the Supreme Court of Justice and the government on Judicial Branch Reform.

As Dean of the Lima Bar Association, in 1987, he strongly opposed the nationalization of the banking system, which the government of the time intended to nationalize, and succeeded in preventing it from prospering.
