Director of PPU’s Dispute Resolution team, with over 15 years of experience in complex litigation and insolvency cases. His professional practice focuses on strategic planning and conflict resolution in civil and commercial matters before both state courts and arbitral tribunals, where he has advised national and international companies on corporate, real estate, energy, mining, and construction issues, among others.
He combines his professional practice with extensive academic activity as a Professor of Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as Academic Coordinator and Professor of the Advanced Procedural Law and Civil Litigation Diploma, and Associate Researcher of the Judicial Reform Program at the same university, where he has held academic roles for more than 10 years.
He has also been actively involved as an ad-hoc arbitrator and is part of the general panel of arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago). He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chilean Institute of Procedural Law and a counselor of Fundación Probono.
He has taught insolvency and bankruptcy at the Judicial Academy, authored academic articles, and is a frequent speaker on topics related to his area of expertise, both in Chile and abroad. He has also taught Procedural Law at Diego Portales, Adolfo Ibáñez, and Universidad de Los Andes.
