On thecommercial and contractual side, Xennia has extensive experience in negotiations for the acquisition of mining projectsand/or companies; due diligence; financing; designing simple and complex contractual structures; as well as contractsrelated to ancillary activities, including negotiations with rural communities for land use and other matters, and litigationsupport. Regarding environmental matters, she advises on the preparation of Environmental Studies; during theconstruction and production stages of industrial activities; and in supervision, oversight, and sanctioning procedures.
