Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has represented Tanner Financial Services in the issuance of three new bill of exchange facilities. Two of the facilities were issued in pesos for CLP$ 100,000,000,000.0000 each and the third was issued in US dollars for US$ 80,000,000.0000.
The three facilities were issued on 31 May for a term of 10 years from the date of their registration in the securities registry.
This issuance of the three new commercial paper lines is very important because it increases the financing capacity of Tanner Financial Services.
