Cuatrecasas (Colombia) and Carey Olsen in the Cayman Islands have helped Colombian fintech Adelante Soluciones Financieras (Addi) increase an existing financing facility to US$227 million.
Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago and Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Colombia) advised lenders Goldman Sachs and Fasanara Capital.

The deal closed on 1 November.
The financing hands Addi an additional US$57 million in financing.
