Maximiliano Aguirre

Member of the Competition Law team. He is a lawyer from the University of Chile and focuses his practice on investigations before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, litigation and non-contentious matters before the Competition Tribunal and the Supreme Court, as well as other related civil proceedings. He also advises clients on consumer law, new technologies, and artificial intelligence matters.

In the academic sphere, he has served as a teaching assistant in the Departments of Economic Law, Private Law, and Clinical Legal Education. In addition, he has participated as a speaker at academic seminars and conferences and is the author of various publications in indexed academic journals and specialized media, in which he addresses topics related to sustainability, the environment, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
