The financing was announced on 24 August.
Sociedad Concesionaria Anillo Vial will use the proceeds to finance the land acquisition phase of the Periférico Ring Road Project, which is being developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) framework.
The financing is secured by a cash flow trust. The total cost of the project is estimated at US$3.4 billion.
The Periférico Ring Road Project is a major transport infrastructure project in Peru aimed at improving connectivity and easing congestion in the Lima metropolitan area.
PPU helped the concessionaire place the winning bid for the road project back in 2024. Garrigues (Peru) represented Peru’s national investment agency ProInversión in that deal.
