Member of the Dispute Resolution team. His professional practice focuses on public international law, international arbitration and constitutional litigation. He is admitted to practice in Colombia and pending admission in New York.
As International Arbitration Fellow at White & Case LLP in New York, Juan Felipe gained experience in international arbitrations under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”), the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”), among others. He also undertook pro bono work on international humanitarian law for Ukraine in the context of the war with Russia.
He previously served as Peace and Security Researcher at UN Women in New York and as Judicial Law Clerk at the Constitutional Court of Colombia.
