He has served as General Attorney of the Nation and Deputy General Attorney of the Nation. Has been Associate Judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice and of the Sectional Council of the Judiciary. Member of the Monitoring Commission for the Accusatory Penal System. Also, he has advised the Ministry of the Interior and Justice in the reform and implementation of the accusatory criminal system and is member of the Comisión redactora del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
