He has advised different companies in the diagnosis, acquisition and clearing of surface land for the development of large infrastructure projects in both rural and urban areas. In addition, he was in charge of urban habilitation projects, regularization of buildings, zoning changes, as well as title studies and land acquisition for companies in the real estate and retail sectors. He has also provided advice on area rectifications, improved property rights, regularization of overlaps, acquisitive prescriptions, purchase of land and imposition of easements, forced resettlement for companies in a wide variety of sectors such as mining, energy, construction, agriculture, among others.
