Member of the Corporate/M&A team. His professional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate matters, reorganizations, bankruptcy and foreign exchange matters. He also advices clients in financial transactions of different infrastructure projects in Colombia. Moreover, he has advice clients in the design and implementation of different corporate structures and in their corporate governance. Additionally, he has worked as an assistant professor of corporate law at Universidad del Rosario.
