Budnik Gabriel

Member of the Competition Law team. His professional practice focuses on high-complexity counsels pertaining to potential cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, procedures before the Chilean Competition Court, investigations for anticompetitive behaviors before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office and in the planning and implementation of competition law compliance programs. Gabriel has experience in counsels related to the retail, telecommunications, real estate and energy markets.
