Member of the Corporate/M&A team. Her professional practice focuses on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions of private and listed companies, in various industries of the economy representing both sellers and buyers. She has participated in several corporate transactions involving acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, corporate financing and project financing.

Josefina has a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2012). She also has a Law in Taxation Diploma from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018) and LLM from Northwestern University, Chicago.
