Counsel of the Natural Resources team. She has counsel to important mining and natural resources companies, as permanent clients and in relation to mergers and acquisitions transactions. She is professionally recognized in the Chilean market, standing out for her comprehensive and complete knowledge of the mining and natural resources industry. Professor of Mining Law at the Universidad de Chile and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, among to other academic activities. She has been speaker in Chile and abroad, as well as the author of several publications on mining and environmental law.
