Joined the Iberian firm Uría Menéndez in 2017 and has been an associate since 2021. From March to October 2024, he will be on a secondment to the PPU office in Lima.

Has over six years of experience advising Spanish and foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and company-law and corporate-governance matters. He also has expertise in advising on financial restructuring and real-estate portfolios.
