His professional practice focuses on tax consulting and tax planning for domestic and foreign clients, and the rendering of advice to local and foreign corporations with respect to start-up of business, wind-up of investments and mergers including the acquisition of local and off-shore vehicles. Additionally, his professional practice also focuses in the planning of fiscal reorganizations for private clients, and consulting on international taxation matters.
