His professional practice is focused on land acquisition and land reclamation for the development of private and public investment projects, with emphasis on complex negotiations and with social organizations; he has advised the State in legal reforms aimed at improving the regulatory framework for the development of investment projects and in the titling and reclamation of rural land.

Likewise, he has advised several institutions in transactions aimed at the acquisition of land for the physical and legal reorganization of their real estate assets. Among the main clients Raúl has advised are mining companies, retail companies, energy companies, laboratories, educational institutions, among others.
