Member of the Water Resources team. His professional practice focuses on the so-called regulated sectors, mainly in the field of water and sanitation law. He has advised various public and private companies from multiple sectors of the economy: in the elaboration of strategies related to obtaining sectoral permits and authorizations before the General Directorate of Water and other public organizations; in planification regarding the use and exercise of their water rights in different types of projects (agricultural, mining, energy, sanitation, etc.); also advising them in the framework of administrative sanctioning procedures and in judicial processes.
