Joaquin Pantoja

Member of the Public Law team. His practice focuses on Administrative and Regulatory Law, with a particular emphasis on the design and implementation of legal strategies for the development and operation of projects in regulated industries. He advises clients on obtaining licenses, permits, authorizations, and other regulatory approvals, liaising with government authorities and regulatory agencies, and identifying and mitigating operational regulatory risks. He provides regulatory legal counsel and represents clients in inspections, regulatory enforcement actions, and administrative sanctioning proceedings.

He has experience across a broad range of sectors, including industry, domestic trade, infrastructure, real estate development and investment, agribusiness, mining, and public utilities (energy, transportation, and telecommunications). He also advises on matters relating to municipal law, public procurement, health and sanitary regulations, education, concessions and public-private infrastructure projects, bureaucratic barriers and competition law.
