Jorge Dextre

Member of the Energy, Mining and Natural Resources team. His professional practice focuses on regulatory, contractual, and commercial advice in the electricity sector, both to companies already participating in the market and to those developing new projects. He has experience in concessions, supply contracts, force majeure procedures, and administrative proceedings before OSINERGMIN, including participation in hearings, preparation of legal reports, and advice on sanctioning procedures. He has also been involved in reviewing and drafting contracts, responding to inquiries about the execution of electricity projects, preparing administrative appeals, and conducting technical and regulatory analyses of proceedings before COES, including the management of appeals.
