Her professional practice focuses on advising Spanish and international clients on matters before the Spanish ordinary courts and before both domestic and international arbitration tribunals. She has experience in international commercial arbitrations subject to the rules of various institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Finland Arbitration Institute (FAI), and the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB), as well as in investment arbitrations subject to the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
María is a Spanish-qualified attorney from the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez, currently undertaking a secondment at the Bogotá office of PPU.
