His professional practice focuses on issues related to the acquisition and legal physical regulation of land for investment projects related to the extractive industry (mining, gas, oil, road infrastructure or power generation), with the ability to prepare and develop operational plans for resettlement, negotiation strategies (owners, private landowners, associations, cooperatives, peasant communities or native communities), release of areas.
He has experience in proposing alternatives for the establishment of access agreements and permits for land use, with particular expertise in the management and management of dialogue tables with peasant communities, civil society, neighborhood and community associations and local authorities. His advisory services include direct negotiation as attorney in the acquisition of land and/or rights for investment projects. He has also been legal consultant of the Operations Management of the Urban Property Rights Project of COFOPRI.
