Member of the Tax and International Trade team. His professional experience includes providing tax advisory services to companies across various sectors of the economy, offering support related to the analysis and application of double taxation treaties, the classification of technical assistance services and digital services, multinational group reorganization projects, and structuring for corporate acquisitions and/or sales. He also has extensive experience in procedures for obtaining invested capital recovery certificates before SUNAT, for the purpose of substantiating the cost basis of assets or rights in the event of a potential sale.
