Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has represented Citibank, as administrative agent, and the lenders in the granting of an USD $800,000,000 revolving credit facility to LATAM Airlines Group, secured by aircraft, engines and spare parts.
This transaction closed on 15 July, with Milbank acting as New York counsel to the lenders, and Norton Rose Fulbright acting as New York counsel to LATAM Airlines.
BNP Paribas, Barclays Bank PLC, J.P Morgan Chase Bank, Natixis (New York Branch), Deutsche Bank AG (New York Branch), Goldman Sachs Lending Partners, MUFG Bank (New York Branch) and Banco Santander acted as lenders; and Wilmington Trust Company acted as collateral agent.
